Get Me Bodied is a lower body workout that is designed for building confidence, building that lower body, slimming the waist, & burning fat! The workout uses “Healosopher Fitness” resistance bands and also mixes dancing with fitness. All exercises are tailored to the rhythm of the beat. The main target areas are your Glutes, Thighs, and Core. This class is ALL level and ALL body friendly. It is the perfect blend of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and strength/resistance training. So come ready to sweat, dance, burn and have an all around great experience!
